33ac7e6f01 Updates to fix Watcom C/C++ 11.0 compiler warning problems. Now compiles 
clean with this compiler. Hopefully I did this without breaking other

b0a6bb75bc 1. a couple of compilation warnings fixed (strconv/listctrl) 
2. now reenable windows disabled by wxWindowDisabler slightly earlier:
   this solves the problem with "wrong" window being brought to top and
   eliminates the need for BringWindowToTop() and SetActiveWindow() in
   our code
3. style wxFRAME_FLOAT_ON_PARENT is now obsolete and unused, all frames
   have WS_EX_APPWINDOW style and appear on the taskbar

cbc66a2704 1. wxProgressDialog uses wxWindowDisabler, not (dumb) wxEnableTopLevelWindows 
2. some more wxWindowDisabler bugs fixed (updated dialogs sample to test them)
3. Esc won't close the dialogs without cancel button under MSW
4. status bar can be child of windows of clases other than wxFrame
   (updated statbar sample to show it)

5e1febface 1. wxWindowDisabler modified to bring parent window back to top under MSW 
2. modal dialogs without parent now use the app top window as parent or use
   wxWindowDisabler if none
3. modal dialogs bring parent windows to top when activated

2. optical fix in wxTipDlg: use wxTE_RICH control to avoid vert scrollbar
3. put wxProgressDialog demo into dialogs sample, seems more appropriate
4. fixed a serious bug in wxProgressDialog when its parent was not a top
   level window (as in controls sample)
5. fixes in BringWindowToTop() usage in msw/dialog.cpp
6. fixed another serious bug in wxProgressDialog::OnClose()
7. wxDialog restores focus to previously focused window once again
8. attempts at fixing wxBusyCursor with modal dialogs problem - unsuccessful

edccf4281b 1. wxDialogs are now destroyed when they go out of scope 
2. [GS]etDefaultItem() are now in wxPanel, not wxWindow
3. better checking for g_isPainting - hopefully no more false asserts
4. wxListCtrl not recreated any more when view changes, this corrects
   the bug with selection not working after view mode change
5. wxListCtrl now generates wxEVT_ITEM_ACTIVATED event
6. you can now press/toggle a button with a space
7. couple of other minor fixes
