b50aca9596 Inherit art provider in wxAuiFloatingFrame by default 
Use the same art provider for a floating frame detached from an existing
wxAuiManager as was used by the original wxAuiManager itself, to ensure
that the appearance of this frame is consistent with the appearance of
its parent.

Implementing this required adding wxAuiDockArt::Clone() to allow copying
it in the new frame and this patch also adds GetAuiManager() to
wxAuiFloatingFrame, similar to the existing method in wxAuiNotebook, in
order to allow changing the dock art from the application code if
desired.

770e0bcd16 Improve high DPI support in wxAui 
Window initial/minimum/maximum sizes are now treated as logical pixels.

Furthermore, many margins and paddings are now converted using
wxWindow::FromDIP() to allow their growth in accord with screen DPI.
This places buttons on toolbars more apart on high DPI screens providing
space for easier touch operations.

5e61689dbf Fix regression with MDI children accelerators 
Since the changes of 8034e35391 (see #16870)
accelerators, including the standard ones such as Ctrl-F4 under MSW, didn't
work any longer inside the MDI children.

Fix this by extending IsTopNavigationDomain() to allow for checking whether
the given window should stop propagation of all keyboard events, as wxTLW
does, or only TAB navigation ones as wxMDIChildFrame and wxAuiFloatingFrame
do.

occurrences to use the wx-prefixed version of the macros.

3f66f6a5b3 Remove all lines containing cvs/svn "$Id$" keyword. 
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.

If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

9a29fe70bc Change variables naming convention in wxAUI code. 
Use the standard wxWidgets camelCase convention instead of the
old_one_using_underscores for all the private variables.

efd516c29b Fix small error in floating AUI frames client size under wxMSW. 
The client size of the floating frames ended up being wrong because we changed
the wxRESIZE_BORDER flag after setting it and this changed it (at least under
MSW).

Reset wxRESIZE_BORDER first now and set the client size correctly afterwards.

Closes #13043.

c180fd77f4 Always update internally stored AUI floating frame position. 
Update the internally stored position of a floating AUI frame even if the user
is dragging it too fast to update its position on screen. This prevents the
frame from snapping back to the initial position when movement is over.

Closes #13014.

76e1326add Update AUI floating windows position and not just size on resize. 
When a window is resized, its position can change as well as its size but it
wasn't updated before. Do it now.

Closes #11421.
