c25f90f60c Use a swig macro for generating the call to the _setCallbackInfo 
function so it's easy to fiddle with, if needed.

d4a724d407 Make it possible to tell wxXmlResource which domain to pull 
translatable strings from.

Make the wxLocale::GetString methods virtual so they can be overridden
in derived classes.

a72f4631fe Update SWIG patch to output "True" ("False") in the autodoc string 
when "true" ("false") is in the .i file.

Changed the .i files to use true/false to avoid collisions with any
True/False in headers that may be included.

2693507fda Made wx.Locale() make an unitialized locale while still allowing 
wx.Locale(language) to still work.

dd9f7fea29 Changed all TRUE/true --> True and all FALSE/false --> False so the 
Python docstrings will have the correct case.

Started adding extra docstrings where needed.

Some other little tweaks and fixes.
