234b1c0147 reverted wxHVScrolledWindow patch (rev 1.19/1.21 of vscroll.h/.cpp) because not only we don't want to duplicate code like this but it also broke wxHtmlListBox by making scrolling in it O(N) instead of O(1)

dd932cbe1c added GetVisibleBegin/End() to complement/replace GetFirst/LastVisibleLine() and use them in the code to fix problems when the control is empty and GetLastVisibleLine() returns (size_t)-1 (closes bug 1176561)

5d2ad05582 wxGTK2 sends *only* wxEVT_SCROLLWIN_THUMBTRACK (why?) so 
wxVScrolledWindow needs to respond to it otherwise nothing happens
when using the scrollbar.
