1c7edd1d3c In GSocket_Destroy reorder GUI_Destroy and Shutdown when compiling for Darwin. 
This is necessary to comply with the Apple documentation for CFSocket which
states quite explcitly that the CFSocket must be invalidated prior to close.

Likewise in GSocket_Read don't enable input events until we have finished
reading the data.  This is necessary because an input event will be
immediately generated but all the data will have been read by the current
callback which leads to the GSocket code thinking the connection has been
lost and when wxYield recursion is involved will lead to crashes or an assert.

Because we are doing a compile time test only for Darwin this will also
affect wxGTK running on Darwin. It appears possible for the new order to work
on all platforms but more testing would be required.

aa6ca3dcc9 Solved problems with handling of LOST events on Unix platforms (reported

007c77ab4d The world should not end if a server has no peer. Let's return FALSE instead. 
GAddress_copy should copy truthfully, not mangle the result if things are
going badly.  An earlier incarnation of the above.
Disable events before closing the socket, though just disabling them at all
will do.  This was the cause of the nasty 'crash on fail to bind' behaviour
that people have been seeing.

557e701169 Bugfix: 
GSocket_Shutdown sets m_detected to GSOCK_LOST_FLAG.
This avoids that Wait operations from wxSocket get caught in an endless
loop, if called after wxSocketBase::Close(). Was breaking IPC.

04e1eb03b0 - wxSocket no loner automatically Closes() the socket when it receives a 
LOST event.

- Elusive bug found and fixed when:
a) there was still data to be read in the input buffer, but
b) the socket had already been closed by the peer, so
c) there was a LOST event before the next INPUT event was generated.

9bf10d6bd3 GSocket: 
- Added lots of comments to both code and headers.
- Restructured some parts of Unix version. Will try to merge with MSW soon
    and have a gsockcmn.c
- Fixed a potential bug in the MSW version of GSocket_Connect when in blocking mode.
- Fixed a potential (different) bug in the corresponding Unix version.
- Now WaitConnection correctly fills out the peer address field.
- Added GAddress_INET_SetAnyAddress (sets address to INADDR_ANY)
- Default address is INADDR_ANY again, not INADDR_NONE; failed hostname lookups
    sets the address to INADDR_NONE.
