Julian Smart 78313c3347 Added Release Unicode DLL and Debug Unicode DLL (identical ...

to non-DLL configurations) in order to get appropriate
regex configuration compiled when wxWindows is compiled via
wxWindows.dsw. Closes bug 877037.
