Japanese EUC-JP locale:
- add a #define (wxMOTIF_NEW_FONT_HANDLING) defaulting to
off
- factor the code for getting text extents in a central
wxGetTextExtent function
- when the new font handling is enabled load a fontset instead of
a single font. For non-Japanese locales this should load a fontset
containing a single font.
- on a Japanese locale set the default point size to 15: the Japanese
fonts I have are much more readable like this.
- do not set the wordwrap property for multiline wxTextCtrl with
OpenMotif 2.1, otherwise it crashes when text is added

fixes wxMotif windows not getting most mouse move events (testcase:
could not drag cards in Forty). This is a quick fix for 2.5.1.

Correct wxRTTI information for wxFrame: it derives from
wxTopLevelWindow, not wxWindow.
Don't try setting Widget size to 0, because it will fail: set
it to 1 instead which is exactly as sensible, but does not crash.

- wxWindow::OnInternalIdle is now used in all ports, and ensures that
user OnIdle events do not interfere with crucial internal processing.
- wxWindow::UpdateWindowUI is now a documented function that
sends wxUpdateUIEvents, and can be overridden. It has a helper function
DoUpdateWindowUI for taking appropriate wxUpdateUIEvent action.
- Added functions to wxUpdateUIEvent: Set/GetMode, Set/GetUpdateInterval,
CanUpdate, to assist with optimising update event frequency.
- Added functions to wxIdleEvent: Set/GetMode, CanSend, to
determine whether a window should receive idle events.
- Added wxWS_EX_PROCESS_IDLE, wxWS_EX_PROCESS_UI_UPDATES window
styles for use with conservative idle and update event modes.
- wxMSW and wxGTK now send menu update events only when a menu is
about to be used.
- Added WM_INITMENU processing instead of WM_ENTERMENULOOP, or
accelerators don't always get called since menu items may still
be disabled.

(not necessary anymore).
Simplified and corrected clipping region handling
in wxWindowDC. Stopped wxWindowDC::DoBlit from
destroying the clipping region.

creates one ApplicationShell per display, and makes top
level windows popup childs of the ApplicationShell.
Removed a couple of unused variables from wxApp.
Replaced some calls to wxGetDisplay with XtDisplay(widget)
or event.xany.display, and some others with wxGlobalDisplay
(the latter changes are just eyecandy).
Used wxFlushEvents where appropriate.
Fixed (hopefully) wxFindAcceleratorText and wxFindAccelerator;
for now the new version is still disabled, awaiting further testing.

Now Motif 2.0 or better (but not Lesstif) uses XmRenderTable instead
of the deprecated XmFontList. This allows underlined text in controls.
Miscellaneous cleanup; used wxXmString in some more places.

enable chainging window font again.
Set/reset MappedWhenManaged flag when showing/hiding a window, otherwise,
since some common operations (moving, adding items to a listbox, ...) do
a Unmanage-Manage pair, calling Hide and then (for example) SetSize would
show the window again.

now calling wxWindow::SetSize should call wxWindow::DoMoveWindow.
As a result composite controls should work with Motif, too.
