Windows CE doesn't seem to be supported by Microsoft any longer. Last CE
release was in early 2013 and the PocketPC and Smartphone targets supported by
wxWidgets are long gone.
The build files where already removed in an earlier cleanup this commit
removes all files, every #ifdef and all documentation regarding the Windows CE
support.

Create wxMSWOwnerDrawnButton class which contains all of this code.
Currently the methods of this class are (still) implemented in
src/msw/control.cpp.

Move it from wxCheckBox to wxControl to allow reusing this code in other

This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.
If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Use the same short names as are used by the event table macros for the event
type constants themselves. This makes them much more comfortable to use, e.g.
Bind(wxEVT_BUTTON) compared to Bind(wxEVT_COMMAND_BUTTON_CLICKED).
The old long names are still kept for backwards compatibility and shouldn't be
removed as it doesn't really cost anything to continue providing them, but all
new event types should only use the short versions.

Owner-drawn checkbox (which is used when wxCheckBox colour is changed) didn't
center its label correctly and didn't right align it when using wxALIGN_RIGHT
style in focused state.

As wxCheckBox can now have borders (see previous commit), we must override
DoGetBestClientSize() and not DoGetBestSize() in it to take account of them.

Take into account the window styles that translate to extended Windows styles
at MSW level.
Also override MSWGetStyle() in these classes, just as in most (all?) other
ones, for consistency instead of doing wx-to-MSW styles translation directly
in Create().
Notice that as a side effect of this change, border styles now work for
wxCheckBox which wasn't the case before. It's not clear if this is really
wanted but OTOH there doesn't seem to be any real reason to forbid them
neither.

It can be useful to explicitly make a check box owner drawn, so make the
private MakeOwnerDrawn() public and add "MSW" prefix to it to allow doing this
from the user code.

Use t_str() instead of wx_str() to make the code work correctly in UTF-8 build
in which wx_str() returns a pointer to UTF-8 buffer while we need a wchar_t
pointer for Windows.

At least for some versions of Windows (Server 2003 with classic look and feel)
the native checkboxes auto wrapped the label as it wrongly considered that the
width we specified for it was not big enough. Compensate for this by making
the checkbox wider -- this is just a hack but still better than corrupting the
checkbox display.

Additionally renamed wxOSX' private wxNativePrinterDC::Ok() function to IsOk().
Didn't deprecate the various Ok() functions: given the amount of changes already introduced in 3.0 a trivial one like this seems more suitable for after 3.0.

Detect when incompatible styles are used (this required changing the value of
wxCHK_2STATE to be non-null) and sanitize the styles (after asserting) in this
case.
Put the validation code in wxCheckBoxBase instead of having slightly different
versions of it in port-specific wxCheckBox implementations.
Add a unit test checking that the expected asserts are indeed generated.

Define WM_QUERYUISTATE in wx/msw/missing.h too as src/msw/statbox.cpp uses it
now.
Also move DT_HIDEPREFIX definition from wx/msw/private/button.h to missing.h
as well as it's now used in statbox.cpp too. Include missing.h explicitly from
the files that use DT_HIDEPREFIX.

1. removed ApplyParentThemeBackground() not used any longer
2. removed ProvidesBackground() which is synonymous with
!HasTransparentBackground()
3. removed a whole bunch of unused MSWXXX() methods
4. moved MSWControlColor() from wxWindow up to wxControl
results:
1. the gradient is still shown properly for static/radio boxes in notebooks
2. correct background colour is used for the static boxes
3. code is shorter and better commented
