This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.
If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

If wxPrinterDC was created by the native "Print" dialog for a printer that
supports printing multiple copies, we must not manually print multiple copies
ourselves as this results in too many copies being printed. However we still
need to loop explicitly for wxPrinterDC objects created manually or for the
printers without support for multiple copies (supposing they still exist).

Add the number of the page being printed as well as the total to the
wxMSW printing progress window. Improved the layout and fixed some i18n
issues in the process.

Instead of returning a generic wxWindow*, return the type actually used.
It was part of the public header already, but not used in any publicly

This patch changed the relative order of calls to wxPrintout::GetPageInfo()
and OnPreparePrinting(), breaking the existing code and the documentation
promise about OnPreparePrinting() being called first, so revert it.
Reverts r66549.

Use wxDELETE[A]() functions which automatically NULL out their arguments after
deleting them instead of doing it manually.

Unlike the old function just indicating whether a printout is being used for
previewing, the new one associates the preview object with it. This can be
useful if we need to access the window used for the preview, for example.
Also remove a bunch of apparently unnecessary SetIsPreview(false) calls as
printing (and not previewing) is already the default.

Remove m_lpAbortProc which is not needed at all and just requires ugly casts
because its type was different from the real type of wxAbortProc.
Get rid of the rest of the old Win16 code.

Do not #define __WIN95__, __WINDOWS__, __WXMSW__ on the command line for
Cygwin/MinGW (when build with makefiles), since platform.h already does
that for us.
Always check for __WIN32__, not for WIN32 or _WIN32 (just for
consistency).
