Revert "Set up pages range in the wxMSW print dialog correctly."
This patch changed the relative order of calls to wxPrintout::GetPageInfo() and OnPreparePrinting(), breaking the existing code and the documentation promise about OnPreparePrinting() being called first, so revert it. Reverts r66549. See #12819. Closes #12911. git-svn-id: https://svn.wxwidgets.org/svn/wx/wxWidgets/trunk@66813 c3d73ce0-8a6f-49c7-b76d-6d57e0e08775
