ac32ba44a1 wxX11 and wxMotif STL-ification, part 1. it does not compile. 
yet, but keeps the diff between my local copy and HEAD < 4000
lines...

62ad3cb358 Derive wxBitmap from wxBitmapBase. 
Move code from LoadFile/SaveFile/Create* to
bitmap handlers.
  Implemented wxBitmap::GetSubBitmap.

1bc822dfb5 Derive wxBitmap from wxBitmapBase in wxMotif, with the appropriate 
changes to wxIcon.
  Fix deprecation warnings and use %p to format WXWidget in debug output
(fixes the 4 non-deprecation warnings).
