0ac60175b0 Use wxINVERT for drawing generic wxCaret when possible 
This now works after recent fixes, although wxINVERT does not
work with wxGraphicsContext-based wxDC. So this is mainly for GTK2,
only about 20 years late.

d51f274e1c Avoid drawing generic wxCaret outside of its bounds 
Outline caret rectangle needs to be inset so that its outer
edge is the same as the solid caret when window is scaled.

d87abd132e Do not try to create bitmap for default constructed Caret 
If a Caret is default-constructed, the width and height are still 0,
and the wxBitmap::Create implementations expect valid sizes.

The same applies for the bitmap after a size change.

3f66f6a5b3 Remove all lines containing cvs/svn "$Id$" keyword. 
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.

If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Closes #14487.

80fdcdb90e No changes, synchronised source names that appear commented at the top of files with the actual path to the files. 
Fixed commented names (path, filename, and extension) of files in include/ and src/. Prepended the names in src/ with "src/" everywhere, while starting those in include/wx/ with "wx/".

e179bd6537 Re-Added wxStream::StreamSize() 
Added in-place editting to wxTreeCtrl,
    modified wxListCtrl in-place editting
  Corrected behaviour of wxToolBar::Toggle() to not
    send messages and to report the correct state
  Removed many #include "wx/wx.h" to speed up
   compilation
 Some more compile fixes and tests.
