74b31181b3 1. Implemented support for different icons for different states (expanded,

0655ad290a 1. wxSpinButton fixed: it now sends EVT_SPIN_UP/DOWN messages (and unnecessary 
old code which didn't send them anyhow removed). It also allows to veto the
   changes, but this feature is not portable and as such is not documented.
2. wxBitmapBuuton doesn't lose its bitmap any more
3. wxImage::ConvertToBitmap() doesn't crash if image is !Ok() but just
   returns wxNullBitmap.
4. wxProgressDialog looks much nicer under Windows and its estimated/elapsed/
   remaining time fields actually show some non random numbers now
5. MDI client window doesn't flicker because wxMDIParentFrame doesn't position
   it at (0, 0) first before moving it to correct location
6. other minor fixes...

319fefa910 keyboard/focus handling improved a bit more: 
1. wxFrame doesn't give focus to anything at all on activation
2. last control restored more often (some problems still persist)
3. buttons process enter
4. text controls with wxTE_PROCESS_TAB still leave TAB work as dialog
   navigation key if the event wasn't processed

42e69d6b43 1. wxMSW seems to work (please test and send your bug reports!) 
2. accelerators in the menus a la GTK (actually slightly better) implemented
3. wxSplitter now uses events (and so the code which was broken by recent changes
   works again)

e702ff0f08 Menu/toolbar event handling now tries the window with the focus first. 
wxTextCtrl processes cut, copy, paste, undo, redo commands and UI updates
automatically.

c2dcfdef63 wxMenu and wxMenuBar modifications: now works much better with owner-drawn 
items, better encapsulation (the wxMenu data members are no longer public),
simplified wxFrame and derived classes by moving the common parts into
member functions of wxMenuBar

1e6d94998f wxPaintDC -> wxDC in wxListCtrl; fixed compile problems in wxTreeCtrl (return 
types in wxCHECK_MSG); compiles again for 16-bit Windows, though dialogs don't work;
added generic notebook implementation (copied from wxMotif); fixed event handler
arg in wxDirDialog; added preliminary wxImage reference; removed some constructors from documentation; fixed wxIniConfig compilation

d2aef3124b improved handling of frames with parent: now they have a NULL parent HWND (to 
avoid Win32 bugs in handling this situation) but still are iconized/restored
with their parent frame
