761989ffb5 Vain attempts to make kbd navigation work inside find/replace dialog - it 
still doesn't. But at least the dialog itself does work now.

67bd5bad04 SendSizeEvent() method moved from wxWindow to wxFrame, as that is the only place that the code in this function applies to. 
Fixed problems with MDI children being changed from min/max/restored in SetSizeEvent()

4b9fc37a48 Fixed bug where if the style included wxFRAME_NO_TASKBAR, not all the extended flags were set that were needed to prevent it from showing up on the taskbar were set (specifically WS_EX_TOOLWINDOW), and the frame still showed on the taskbar

b0a6bb75bc 1. a couple of compilation warnings fixed (strconv/listctrl) 
2. now reenable windows disabled by wxWindowDisabler slightly earlier:
   this solves the problem with "wrong" window being brought to top and
   eliminates the need for BringWindowToTop() and SetActiveWindow() in
   our code
3. style wxFRAME_FLOAT_ON_PARENT is now obsolete and unused, all frames
   have WS_EX_APPWINDOW style and appear on the taskbar

1f0500b3ee 1. wxGetFullHostName() does return the full host name now under MSW 
2. wxGetEmailAddress() doesn't always return empty string...
3. status bar created under MSW is of type wxStatusBar, hence wxWin RTTI
   works for it
4. carsh in IPC sample fixed

cbc66a2704 1. wxProgressDialog uses wxWindowDisabler, not (dumb) wxEnableTopLevelWindows 
2. some more wxWindowDisabler bugs fixed (updated dialogs sample to test them)
3. Esc won't close the dialogs without cancel button under MSW
4. status bar can be child of windows of clases other than wxFrame
   (updated statbar sample to show it)

d59ceba572 1. more drag and drop and clipboard changes: 
a) OLE clipboard works fine
 b) wxBitmapDataObject now accepts DIBs (but doesn't give them back :-( )
 c) bugs in sample corrected
2. wxFatalExit() replaced with wxFAIL_MSG() in bitmap.cpp and dcmemory.cpp
3. wxFrame::ClientToScreen and ScreenToClient() replaced with DoXXX() - like
   this, they don't hide the base class versions
