3000091cd2 Allow columns reordering only if its wxCOL_REORDERABLE flag is set 
Dragging the column should be allowed only if wxHD_ALLOW_REORDER header
style and wxCOL_REORDERABLE column flag are both set.

Closes #18332.

65ac801c40 Make separator click sensitivity in wxHeaderCtrl DPI-dependent 
Sensitivity should be greater for high DPI displays to allow the user
clicking as far from the separator in this case as with standard DPI.

Also define a named constant for this value instead of using it
directly.

b07305234c Fix dragging beyond the rightmost column in generic wxHeaderCtrl 
Dragging a column header in a wxHeaderCtrl and dropping it past the
rightmost column resulted in a crash due to accessing a column with
invalid index.

Fix this and correctly move the column to the last position when this
happens instead.

This bug notably affected dragging columns in wxGrid.

ad4296fef4 Fix handling mouse events on scrolled wxHeaderCtrl 
Fix confusion with the coordinates kind in FindColumnAtPoint(): it was
sometimes passed physical mouse coordinates and sometimes logical ones.
Make it clear now that it expects physical coordinates and adjust its
code accordingly.

Also remove a redundant call to FindColumnAtPoint().

24820a5a67 Invalidate "hover" column index in wxHeaderCtrl if necessary 
Don't leave "m_hover" invalid if the number of columns in wxHeaderCtrl
is reduced, as this would result in a crash later when it is used.

This notably fixes a crash after removing the last column from generic
wxDataViewCtrl.

25c9b032a8 Don't call CacheBestSize() from DoGetBestSize() implementations 
This is unnecessary, wxWindow::GetBestSize() already does this, so calling it
from DoGetBestSize() called by it too is just useless.

3f66f6a5b3 Remove all lines containing cvs/svn "$Id$" keyword. 
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.

If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

ce7fe42e84 Provide shorter synonyms for wxEVT_XXX constants. 
Use the same short names as are used by the event table macros for the event
type constants themselves. This makes them much more comfortable to use, e.g.
Bind(wxEVT_BUTTON) compared to Bind(wxEVT_COMMAND_BUTTON_CLICKED).

The old long names are still kept for backwards compatibility and shouldn't be
removed as it doesn't really cost anything to continue providing them, but all
new event types should only use the short versions.

Closes #10661.

03647350fc No changes, just removed hard tabs and trailing white space. 
This commit is huge but there are no non-white-space changes in it.

Some files containing third-party sources (src/msw/wince/time.cpp,

e2bfe6731e - Rewrite wxHeaderCtrl to be virtual-like: even if we don't need an infinite 
number of columns in it, it turns out that getting column information from
  the associated control is much easier than copying it into the control.
- Provide wxHeaderCtrlSimple derived class which can be used easily if
  callback approach of wxHeaderCtrl is not needed.
- Because of wxHeaderCtrl virtualization, port-specific implementations of
  wxHeaderColumn are not needed any more and were removed.
- Use wxHeaderCtrl in the generic wxDataViewCtrl: this means that column
  events are broken right now in it as they haven't been implemented by
  wxHeaderCtrl yet, this will be fixed a.s.a.p.
