VarSizedStruct buffer had a too small size in Unicode build as it forgot
to multiply the name length by sizeof(TCHAR), resulting in overwriting
memory on the stack after it when calling SymFromAddrW().
Closes#18127.
Use wide-char versions of debug help functions if available, falling back to
the narrow char ones otherwise.
Also improve 64 bit support by using 64 bit versions of the functions if
available as well.
Closes#15138.
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.
If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

wxUSE_DBGHELP, fix the warnings given by g++ when compiling wxDbgHelpDLL code.

Fixed commented names (path, filename, and extension) of files in include/ and src/. Prepended the names in src/ with "src/" everywhere, while starting those in include/wx/ with "wx/".

As with other ANSI/Unicode unification changes, we choose to preserve
compatibility with the existing code using wxLongLongFmtSpec in ANSI build
and require people using it in Unicode build to change their code.
