12c1b46a2f Tried to prevent scrollbars from scrolling as 
per MSW, didn't work.
  Added DeleteAllItems event and test to listctrl.

b9de131510 1. thread sample now uses wxProgressDialog for more "realism" 
2. added a filled rect with outline to the drawing sample and
   changed DrawLine() to show how MSW draws them
