wxDeprecated old wxList compat methods.
Replaced a large number of them in the gtk build already, but there are
still plenty more so feel free to help nuke them as you find them.
s/^I/ / and s/TRUE/true/ etc. a couple of these too.

GAddress_copy should copy truthfully, not mangle the result if things are
going badly. An earlier incarnation of the above.
Disable events before closing the socket, though just disabling them at all
will do. This was the cause of the nasty 'crash on fail to bind' behaviour
that people have been seeing.

LOST event.
- Elusive bug found and fixed when:
a) there was still data to be read in the input buffer, but
b) the socket had already been closed by the peer, so
c) there was a LOST event before the next INPUT event was generated.

ignored until there are no more events pending. This is because you can
have data waiting to be read, for example, even when the peer has already
closed the connection. This affects _Wait() and OnRequest().

- Added lots of comments to both code and headers.
- Restructured some parts of Unix version. Will try to merge with MSW soon
and have a gsockcmn.c
- Fixed a potential bug in the MSW version of GSocket_Connect when in blocking mode.
- Fixed a potential (different) bug in the corresponding Unix version.
- Now WaitConnection correctly fills out the peer address field.
- Added GAddress_INET_SetAnyAddress (sets address to INADDR_ANY)
- Default address is INADDR_ANY again, not INADDR_NONE; failed hostname lookups
sets the address to INADDR_NONE.
wxSocket:
- Added some safety checks to the wxPostEvent stuff.
wxIPV4address:
- Added a wxIPV4address::AnyAddress method.
wxIPCConnection and co.:
- Servers binds to INADDR_ANY, instead of binding to localhost.

Removed #ifdefs around destrctors for GDI lists (wxBrushList etc),
Created wxEVT_COMMAND_SPINCTRL_UPDATE with obvious usage.

- Rewritten all the WaitXXX functions so that they do not depend on the
event notification system.
- Rewritten all the internal event system; now all events are internally
monitorized, but users are notified only of these events they are
interested in. This solves a lot of hard-to-catch little problems
and bugs which could arise sometimes.
- Rewritten all the automatic event notifier code.
- Added callback management code, which had been forgotten (badly needed
for wxTCPConnection in IPC classes)
- Fixed wxSocketBase::Write(), which didn't honour the WAITALL flag.
- Fixed some other bugs.
- The code is now much more stable and robust than before (because
the architecture is more robust, but it still needs testing).
