ff4713940d Revert "Set up pages range in the wxMSW print dialog correctly." 
This patch changed the relative order of calls to wxPrintout::GetPageInfo()
and OnPreparePrinting(), breaking the existing code and the documentation
promise about OnPreparePrinting() being called first, so revert it.

Reverts r66549.
See #12819.
Closes #12911.

41514cc474 Set up pages range in the wxMSW print dialog correctly. 
Propagate the information about the number of pages from the printout to the
print dialog in wxWindowsPrinter::Print().

Closes #12819.

5276b0a53c Use wxDELETE() and wxDELETEA() when possible. 
Use wxDELETE[A]() functions which automatically NULL out their arguments after
deleting them instead of doing it manually.

Closes #9685.

1bd122ddfa Replace wxPrintout::SetIsPreview() with SetPreview(). 
Unlike the old function just indicating whether a printout is being used for
previewing, the new one associates the preview object with it. This can be
useful if we need to access the window used for the preview, for example.

Also remove a bunch of apparently unnecessary SetIsPreview(false) calls as
printing (and not previewing) is already the default.

5009cb6acc No real changes, just clean up wxAbortProc mess. 
Remove m_lpAbortProc which is not needed at all and just requires ugly casts
because its type was different from the real type of wxAbortProc.

Get rid of the rest of the old Win16 code.

25a3fca2e5 Implemented high-quality preview for wxMSW (this approach doesn't work 
on other platforms). The preview is now accurate representation of printed
page and wxHtmlEasyPrinting preview shows identical layout to what will
be printed.

by setting the value of wxUSE_POSTSCRIPT_ARCHITECTURE_IN_MSW.
Added first part of Peter Lenhard's WinCE DrawEllipticArc
implementation.

d2b354f9c9 Printing improvements: GetPageInfo() gets called after the DC has 
been set and after OnPreparePrinting() has been called so it can
report the number of pages accurately; doesn't try to set
number of pages in print dialog, in common with other Windows apps;
wxHTML easy printing's preview shows number of pages
correctly; preview scrollbars are set correctly; keyboard navigation
improved

d66dcb6022 Under Cygwin, in platform.h default to wxMSW unless otherwise specified. 
Do not #define __WIN95__, __WINDOWS__, __WXMSW__ on the command line for
Cygwin/MinGW (when build with makefiles), since platform.h already does
that for us.
  Always check for __WIN32__, not for WIN32 or _WIN32 (just for
consistency).
