43b5058d59 1. status bar can now be positioned on top (and anywhere, in fact) 
2. status bar without wxST_SIZEGRIP style won't have the size grip (wow)
3. scrollbars don't get the cursor of the main window any more
4. introduced wxSetCursorEvent and use it in wxSplitterWindow

6e395e9c60 someone forgot to clear the m_needUpdating flag, so Splitter-Windows were always redrawn after the first sash move in the OnIdle function, even after the dragging was over\!

2f073eb2e0 Fixed problem with mouse events getting sent to wrong 
children when these were scrolled.
  wxCheckBox and wxRadioButton now have cursors and
    will do other things more sanely.

223d09f6b5 replaced T() makro with wxT() due to namespace probs, _T() exists, too 
fixed compilation problems, mainly in html code
compiles and links fine on Solaris, runs with samples and Mahogany

42e69d6b43 1. wxMSW seems to work (please test and send your bug reports!) 
2. accelerators in the menus a la GTK (actually slightly better) implemented
3. wxSplitter now uses events (and so the code which was broken by recent changes
   works again)

c5b42c871b Use wxScrollWinEvent instead of wxScrollEvent in 
wxWindow and wxScrolledWindow. This breaks all ports!
  Added Layout() call to wxSplitter.
  wxDialog at least tries to set its position before its
    shown.
  wxGTK now emits char/key events as wxMSW does.

4c0130922b Modified OnSashPositionChange to resize the window to minimum pane 
size if the selected position would result in a too-small pane.
Edge-detection logic (which closes a split) moved from OnMouseEvent to
OnSashPositionChange.

0d559d69c8 1. Split{Horizontal|Vertical} now accept negative args to set the 
size of right/lower pane (positive arg sets the size of
   left/upper one as before, 0 is the same as -1 before: choose
   default)

2. OnSashPositionChange() virtual function added - it may return
   FALSE to cancel position change

3. splitter sample and docs (couldn't compile them though) updated
