73bb677607 Improved wxTreeCtrl tooltip processing performance (causing 
major delays in processing button clicks)
Added wxFULL_REPAINT_ON_RESIZE as default for wxStatusBar
on wxGTK since otherwise there are display problems.
Similarly for wxGrid.

f8b043e78f Added better visual feedback for tree control

    status like they have under GTK2.

865864592a Corrected wxTreeCtrl and wxListCtrl end_label_edit event behaviour. 
wxListCtrl doesn't send this event when the editing was cancelled.
