5276b0a53c Use wxDELETE() and wxDELETEA() when possible. 
Use wxDELETE[A]() functions which automatically NULL out their arguments after
deleting them instead of doing it manually.

Closes #9685.

6b2f55531a Try to prevent users from forgetting to include wx.rc from their resources. 
Document that some of the standard cursors are defined in this file.

Also add a (hopefully) helpful assert if loading one of such cursors failed.

Closes #11424.

9a83f86094 Globally replace _T() with wxT(). 
Standardize on using a single macro across all wxWidgets sources and solve the name clash with Sun CC standard headers (see #10660).

0ef5b1dad1 provide backward-compat wxCursor(int) ctor; remove empty stubs of XBM ctor from all ports except gtk,motif; make all ports emit wxLogError on invalid bitmap types; implement wxCursor(const wxString&, ...) ctor on GTK (not tested yet)

55ccdb93e4 COW cleanup patch (1583966): 
1. perform deep comparison for the classes for which it makes sense in the
   ports where this wasn't done yet
2. remove (shallow) comparison operators for the classes for which it does
   not make sense (such as wxBitmap)
3. makes wxBitmap use COW on all ports
4. adds wxObject::IsRefTo()
5. centralizes and improves COW docs

without scaling and the art provider resize bitmap patch.

7da60d7c18 OW warning fix. Our compile time asserts warns when used within function and dedicated #pragma seems not influence it so they are moved from functions into global space as near as possible.

ed39ff57b3 Remove unnecessary header dependencies. Fix resulting compilation 
problems for wxMSW, wxGTK, wxMotif, wxX11 and wxMac in default
configuration. Non-default configurations will probably need some more

15dadf3155 Added wxCURSOR_RIGHT_ARROW, which is like the typical wxCURSOR_ARROR, 
but points to the right, (duh...)  This cursor is now used in wxSTC in
the margin area.
