Vadim Zeitlin	51fe4b60ab	Streamline wxSocket code: wxSocketBase now uses wxSocketImpl (previously known ... as GSocket) which is a base class with various wxSocketImplXXX implementations provided by different wxSocketManagers. Share more code between ports (still not finished).
