Replace old functions with the new ones in the library code itself.
Note that wxSTC and wxRichText still use GetScaledXXX(), but they're
different functions that might need to be renamed/dealt with separately.
Ideal would be to completely get rid of the DoLayout() method later,
however this method seems to be used in the existing applications, so
for now it needs to be kept.
"&Cancel" is an unfortunate label for wxID_CANCEL buttons on Macs,
because it makes Cmd+C a shortcut for the button, which in turn makes
any attempt to copy text from a text control instead abruptly close the
dialog.
There were partial hacks around it in some places made by 22bcdf0, but
it didn't even cover all uses within wx code itself, let alone user
code. Move the hack into wxButton to catch all uses of this and remove
the accelerator as the lesser evil.
Cache labels for "Next>" or "Finish" button in wxWizard so that their
translations stay consistent throughout wizard's lifetime: previously,
this button could use a label in a different language if the currently
used translations have changed since the wizard creation, as this label
was recreated on every page change, unlike the other labels which were
only translated once in the very beginning.

Don't use wxGROW and wxALIGN_CENTRE together in a wxBoxSizer, this doesn't
make sense as the latter is just ignored.
Also use wxEXPAND instead of wxGROW for consistency with the flags elsewhere
in the same file.
Closes#17063.
Do it even if the start page has a previous page (e.g. because the wizard has
been started in the middle for some reason).

This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.
If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Additionally renamed wxOSX' private wxNativePrinterDC::Ok() function to IsOk().
Didn't deprecate the various Ok() functions: given the amount of changes already introduced in 3.0 a trivial one like this seems more suitable for after 3.0.

Applied patch by snowleopard2 fixing a bunch of typos such as misspellings and double words in the documentation. Combined the patch with some local queued typos waiting to be committed as well as adding new typo fixes inspired by the patch.
Function names with American spelling were not changed nor was third-party code touched. The only code changes involve some changes in strings that are translated ("Can not" -> "Cannot").
Closes#13063 (again).

Use regular space between these two buttons even on Windows, where they
were previously close together. This used to be done in older Windows
versions, but modern Windows HIG documents show wizards with equal
spacing between all buttons and that's what Windows OS itself does. In
other words, not treating this pair of buttons specially is more native.

This commit is huge but there are no non-white-space changes in it.
Some files containing third-party sources (src/msw/wince/time.cpp,
src/x11/pango*.cpp) were left unchanged.

1. perform deep comparison for the classes for which it makes sense in the
ports where this wasn't done yet
2. remove (shallow) comparison operators for the classes for which it does
not make sense (such as wxBitmap)
