566d84a7c3 Added knowledge of virtual size to wx(Scrolled)Windows, they can now 
manage their own scrollbars with the help of a sizer or other user
clues (SetVirtualSizeHints) without the need for an ancillary container.
Added SetSizerAndFit convenience method.
SetSizer now enables/disables AutoLayout automagically.
Logic bugfix for scrollsub sample.
Syntax bugfix in parser.y.
Compiler warning fix in textctrl.cpp.

34c3ffca5b Added GetMaxSize virtual method for use by sizers. 
Modified wxSizer to use it instead of crushing all windows to
the display size.

Currently only top level windows are limited to display size,
all other windows are unlimited (inside the clipping region of
their tlw).

461e93f921 wxUSE_CONSTRAINTS now refers to constraints only, since sizers 
are now crucial to wxWindows. Further Nano-X fixes; now
compiles and links in Nano-X mode.

be90c029fd As per the wx-dev discussion in early Jan, replaced 
wxWindow::m_parentSizer with m_containingSizer which is used to track
which sizer this window is a member of.  Windows will now remove
themselves from a sizer when destroyed.  Also added accessors so
window classes can find out if they are in a sizer and do things like
reset their min size, etc.

072db400de Modified CaptureMouse to call DoReleaseMouse if necessary before 
doing another DoCaptureMouse, because otherwise we have a nested
Capture which is not possible in some systems (the point of these
wrappers).
Also ReleaseMouse now calls DoCaptureMouse, not CaptureMouse, if
necessary.

Added wxDisplayChangedEvent and triggering in MSW, when display mode changes
this event gets triggered. I don't know what should happen with other OS's
since I am not familiar with how they handle mode changes.

Watcome Version 11 now compiles with wide character support.

88a9f974b8 Moved the [Set|Get]Client[Data|Object] and such out of wxWindowBase 
and into a mixin class.  Mixed it with wxEvtHandler.  Regenerated
files lists and makefiles.

ef397583df Sizer based dialogs (like wxSingleChoiceDialog) are now forced to initially appear in the visible area of the display, relocating the dialog before display so that it fits within the display (if possible). If the dialog will not fit in the display area, it is shifted so that the top edge with the title bar is visible on the display
