Take wxBitmapBundle in wxStaticBitmap::SetBitmap()
...
This allows using higher resolution bitmaps when using high DPI
automatically in this control too.

Add common implementations of wxStaticBitmap icon methods

Instead of defining them, slightly differently, in all the non-MSW
ports, define them once in wxStaticBitmapBase.
No real changes, this is just a simplification.

Remove wxOSX/Carbon support.
...
Cocoa has been the default toolkit in wxWidgets for a long time. There is really no good reason to use Carbon in 2016 and this removes a lot of unused and unmaintained code.
