2da2f941bb Fix wx[Sorted]ArrayString::Index when wxUSE_STL=1, because 
it is different than wxArray::Index (second argument is for
case sensitivity, not search direction).
  Use forward declaration for wx[Sorted]ArrayString, where
possible.
