Added more '#pragma implementation' for gcc.
...
Replaced wxString[0u] by wxString[(size_t) 0]: size_t is signed for EMX,
so explicitly using '0u' causes problems.

wxNativeEncoding::To/FromString now stores wxFontEncoding info as well (don't worry, wxFontMapper stores data under different name now)
