295576f78f Fix compilation of WebView code in wxOSX with SDK < 10.11 
This was broken by 05857e66c0 which introduced
dependencies on protocols only declared in 10.11 headers.

Fix build by checking if we're using 10.11 SDK and using these protocols only
in this case.

05857e66c0 Declare Objective-C protocols in the code using web view 
This avoids clang -Wincompatible-pointer-types warnings when setting
delegates.

5ba67c67e4 Remove wxOSX/Carbon support. 
Cocoa has been the default toolkit in wxWidgets for a long time. There is really no good reason to use Carbon in 2016 and this removes a lot of unused and unmaintained code.

8f8d58d193 Use wx-prefixed macros throughout the repository. 
Change {DECLARE,IMPLEMENT}_*CLASS and {DECLARE,BEGIN,END}_EVENT_TABLE
occurrences to use the wx-prefixed version of the macros.

fb99672f62 Hopefully finish removing the old wxCocoa port. 
Get rid of the rest of __WXCOCOA__ tests in the sources.

Drop configure option for using it.

Also remove the documentation for this port.

This should have also been part of r76735.

853ee8bf12 Get rid of compile- and run-time checks for OS X < 10.5. 
As 10.5 is the minimal supported version, it doesn't make sense to check for
it (or even earlier versions) during the build or run-time.

Closes #15580.

3f66f6a5b3 Remove all lines containing cvs/svn "$Id$" keyword. 
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.

If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Closes #14487.

3e1db65507 Fix wxWebKitCtrl::RunScript() return value. 
Replace comparisons of the type name of the returned value with isKindOfClass:
checks which are more reliable.

80fdcdb90e No changes, synchronised source names that appear commented at the top of files with the actual path to the files. 
Fixed commented names (path, filename, and extension) of files in include/ and src/. Prepended the names in src/ with "src/" everywhere, while starting those in include/wx/ with "wx/".

4267872212 Fix crash in wxWebKitCtrl when using JavaScript. 
Ignore the unknown types of the script result, in particular don't crash
trying to dereference an uninitialized pointer if the script didn't return
anything.

Closes #12361.

233f573883 Fix file paths in the header comments. 
Consistently use only "wx/foo.h" instead of "include/wx/foo.h" ("include" is
always implicit anyhow).

Also use "src/osx" instead of "src/mac" for the files in this directory.

c70aaa0984 Fix eating of key events (cleaner impl will come after 2.8, right now I want to touch as little common code as possible) and add some extra checks to the Cocoa delegates as they are getting called when the Carbon control isn't in a valid state.

448f8f12b9 Several wxWebKitCtrl enhancements/fixes. Including: 
- new methods for increasing/decreasing text size, getting selection, getting/setting scroll position, printing, enabling editing, and running JavaScripts on the page.

- added new event (wxWebKitBeforeLoadEvent) for catching, and possibly vetoing, load events before they occur.

- wxWebKitCtrl now fires mouse events for certain events that it was eating before. This improves wxSplitterWindow resizing behavior.

- refactoring of the sizing logic to move the Cocoa view. I've tested this with splitter windows, panels, notebooks and all position correctly with this.
