Vadim Zeitlin 06d14de207 Fix wxMac preprocessor check in wxWebView code.
Fix typo in "__WXMAC__" in wxWebView under wxOSX/Carbon and also in
wxWebKitCtrl from where this code was copied.

Closes #14352.
