Use more descriptive symbolic constants in wxSearchCtrl code

Replace LIGHT_STEP macro and 20 magic number with
SEARCH_BITMAP_LIGHTNESS and CANCEL_BITMAP_LIGHTNESS constants which are
a bit more clear, hopefully.

No real changes.
