Simon Rozman cb45984370 TTLS-MSCHAPv2 and PEAP support for pre-configured credentials added. al_import.exe upgraded to support MSCHAPv2 credentials handling.

Non-working Renew IP setting removed.

Trusting CAs on-the-fly is no longer possible. It was too “user friendly” for an inexperienced user to trust an otherwise compromised authenticator.
