Julian Smart 114bf539c7 Applied patch [ 642157 ] [MSW] HMENU resource leak from wxMenuBar ...

Latest CVS - When a wxMenuBar is detached
from a frame and deleted the HMENU resource leaks.
This patch fixes the leak.
