To build Makefile with automake:
  in the top source directory type:
    automake utils/wxMMedia2/Makefile
  in the top build directory type:
    mkdir -p utils/wxMMedia2
    CONFIG_FILES="utils/wxMMedia2/Makefile utils/wxMMedia2/lib/Makefile utils/wxMMedia2/sample/Makefile" CONFIG_HEADERS= ./config.status

and then you can run make in utils/wxMMedia2.
