Julian Smart df0e1b64e3 Added SetActive to wxEventLoop ...

Ensured Yield has a wxEventLoop (wxX11)
Process size event explicitly in top-level SetSize (wxX11)
Added wxYield to wxTopLevelWindow::Show (wxX11)
