chris2oph dd306cac77 Various wxFont fixes in wxQt 
Implement point/pixel size accessors correctly.

Implement support for strike-through fonts.

Also implement DoSetNativeFontInfo() for wxQt.

Make wxFont unit test pass by accounting for Qt-specific aspects.
