Vadim Zeitlin d08498eb16 Add wxBitmap(size, dc) ctor to all ports ...

Previously this ctor was only available in wxMSW and wxOSX, which was
especially strange as the equivalent Create() overload, taking wxDC, was
already available in all ports.
