Julian Smart ca8b28f2ef Added some missing wxTextCtrl functions: Undo, Redo, CanUndo, CanRedo,
CanCopy, CanCut, CanPaste, GetSelection, IsEditable.
Also added wxNotebook::SetTabSize (only implemented on wxMSW but necessary
when using just an icon).
