Dummy bbc88cedf1 Fix wrong documentation of EVT_CLOSE for the dialogs ...

Clicking OK/Cancel buttons closes the dialog (by default), but doesn't
generate wxEVT_CLOSE event, so don't write that it does.

Closes #18743.
