Vadim Zeitlin 79f62505bb Fix clang warnings about inconsistent missing "override" keyword ...

Add wxCLANG_WARNING_SUPPRESS() and wxCLANG_WARNING_RESTORE() and use them to
suppress -Winconsistent-missing-override warnings.
