Robin Dunn 19a97bd6f9 Significantly changed how the Python interpreter lock and thread state

are managed, which should fix the problem of running on a
multi-processor machine.

Some fixes for some of the contributed library modules.

These sub directories contain add-on modules that are not part of the
core wxPython, either because of licensing issues, optional code in
wxWindows, contrib code in wxWindows, or whatever.
