Guillermo Rodriguez Garcia 557e701169 Bugfix: 
GSocket_Shutdown sets m_detected to GSOCK_LOST_FLAG.
This avoids that Wait operations from wxSocket get caught in an endless
loop, if called after wxSocketBase::Close(). Was breaking IPC.
