Vadim Zeitlin 47cbd6da8f 1) keyboard handling: now generates NavigationKey events instead of using

IsDialogMessage (which is still called if the event is not processed)
   which gets very confused in complex dialogs
2) added tracing of Windows messages

wxWindows 2.0 alpha

This is an alpha distribution of wxWindows 2.0. It may be made up
of sources for different platforms from different authors.
