Vadim Zeitlin 5d5654742f Merge branch 'msw-popup' ...

Reimplement wxPopupWindow using WS_POPUP instead of WS_CHILD window in
wxMSW as the new approach allows using the controls inside the popup
normally, unlike the old one.
