Vadim Zeitlin 32258bd10a Move wxEVT_TEXT generation to wxSpinCtrlGTKBase::GTKTextChanged() ...

This is more consistent with GTKValueChanged() and allows making the
change in the upcoming commit.

No real changes yet, this is just a refactoring.
