Robert Roebling 0d2a2b601b New DnD and Clipboard code
Rearranged wxApp to do the same in the
    same order upon program start-up on
    wxGTK and wxMSW
  ODBC tweaks
  exchanged wxDataFormat for wxIPCFormat
