5447d1e1e3 CodeWarrior (8.3 mwcc) can't figure out that it needs to do C++ automatic 
conversion from wxObjcAutoRefFromAlloc<NSButton*> to NSButton* when it is
used as the receiver of a message.  Help it along with a static_cast.

635f01472e Implement wxButtonBase::GetDefaultSize() 
Implement wxButton::DoGetBestSize() to return at least 68 pixel width unless
wxBU_EXACTFIT flag is given.

096a56242d Added empty base class constructors. This will still be broken for anything 
other than MSW, Mac, and Univ.

570aaadf1f In the object destructor, Disassociate the object from its Cocoa counterpart 
but leave m_cocoaNSView intact so base class destructors can use it.
