5cfbf0dc4d Allow iterating over wxCmdLineParser arguments in order. 
This allows the meaning of the options to depend on their order relatively to
the other options which wasn't possible before.

3f66f6a5b3 Remove all lines containing cvs/svn "$Id$" keyword. 
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.

If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Closes #14487.

5f4994df03 Added convenient wxCmdLineParser::AddLong{Option,Switch}() wrappers. 
The new functions simply call Add{Option,Switch}() with an empty first
argument but using them makes the code more readable.

a6bf0c9533 Add support for negatable command line switches. 
Add wxCMD_LINE_SWITCH_NEGATABLE which allows to use a dash after a command
line switch to inverse its meaning (i.e. use "/X-" form). Also add new
wxCmdLineParser::FoundSwitch() allowing to check for whether the switch was
specified in normal or negated form.

Closes #11643.

fdbd123ef9 changed wxCmdLineEntryDesc::short/longName fields type to char* from wxChar* (non-ASCII options are uncommon but NULL values are often specified for these fields) and made description field a wxString (as it can be constructed from either char or wchar_t strings and normally shouldn't be NULL)

df5168c427 Added --use-stl to cnfigure, wxUSE_STL to setup0.h 
Moved wx/datetime.inl contents to wx/datetime.h and removed
inline redefinition hack.
  Implemented STL-like interface on top of wxList/wxArray, when wxUSE_STL=0.
  Implemented wxList-like and wxArray interfaces on top of std::list and
std::vector, when wxUSE_STL=1.
  Added arrstr.h, moved wxArrayString declaration there; string.h
#includes arrstr.h only if WXWIN_COMPATIBILITY_2_4 is enabled.
  Added WX_CLEAR_HASH_MAP, WX_CLEAR_HASH_TABLE, WX_CLEAR_LIST macros,
to clear a wxHashMap, wxHashTable, wxList containing pointers: deletes
pointers and makes container zero-sized.
  When wxUSE_STL=1, wxStringList works like a std::list<wxString>.
  Made wxBase compile when wxUSE_STL=1.

af49c4b8a2 disable use of #pragma interface under Mac OS X 
GNU compiler included with Mac OS X 10.2 (Jaguar) as well as August Developer
Tools update contain a bug concerning #pragma interface handling that can only
be worked around by not using them (and they are not necessary anyways)

07d09af8cc Added Reset() to command line parser and called it from Parse(), so 
that you can call Parse() multiple times and get the desired result.
