Add wxEVT_STC_CLIPBOARD_{COPY,PASTE} events, allowing to transform the text
being copied from or pasted into wxStyledTextCtrl.

These fields were unnecessary and duplicated m_cmdString inherited from the
base class.
Also use base class GetString() instead of the redundant GetText() and
GetDragText() in the code, even though these methods are still kept for
backwards compatibility.
See #16191.

Deprecate the use of the old untyped constants but don't schedule them from
removal in a future wx version by removing "#if WXWIN_COMPATIBILITY_3_0" tests
around their definition and use. Provoking deprecation warnings in the code
using these constants is worth it as they are unclear and it's easy to make
mistakes when using them, but breaking this code compilation outright can't be
justified -- even in the future.
Also use more informational wxDEPRECATED_MSG() instead of a simple
wxDEPRECATED() as it might not be obvious at all how should the code be
updated exactly.
Finally, avoid the use of deprecated constants inside the library itself.
As a side effect, this closes#15814.

This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.
If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Use the same short names as are used by the event table macros for the event
type constants themselves. This makes them much more comfortable to use, e.g.
Bind(wxEVT_BUTTON) compared to Bind(wxEVT_COMMAND_BUTTON_CLICKED).
The old long names are still kept for backwards compatibility and shouldn't be
removed as it doesn't really cost anything to continue providing them, but all
new event types should only use the short versions.

GTK+ doesn't seem to use double buffering for Scintilla window for some
reason, resulting in bad flicker when it's updated, e.g. when the user types
into it.
Force the use of double buffering at wxWidgets level by using
wxBufferedPaintDC for painting it. This may be inefficient if GTK+ does double
buffer it in some cases but at least it gets rid of the flicker.

Assign wx2stc() return value to a suitably const variable instead of using

In long running programs the wxEvent time stamp could wrap around resulting in
all mouse wheel events being ignored in wxStyledTextCtrl as the comparison of
the (positive) time until which all the subsequent events were supposed to be
blocked and the (now negative) current event time stamp would be always false.
Fix this by using wxStopWatch::TimeInMicro() to avoid wraparound instead of
wxEvent::GetTimestamp().
Also rename the variable to have a more clear name as the original code wasn't
easy to understand.

Correct the changes of r65827 to also compile with wxUSE_DRAG_AND_DROP==0
(especially important for the ports without dnd support such as wxX11 and

Also do the changes in the correct files, i.e. src/stc/stc.{h,cpp}.in and not
in the generated files themselves to prevent them from being overwritten the
next time gen_iface.py is ran.

silently breaking the existing code using SetDragAllowMove().

Keep the code for saving and loading text contents from files in a single
place instead of doing it differently in wxTextCtrl and wxStyledTextCtrl.
This required adding Set/GetValue() methods to wxTextAreaBase just so that its
DoLoad/SaveFile() could use them, even if they are the same as wxTextEntryBase
methods and are overridden in wxTextCtrlBase to be implemented in terms of the
latter.
Notice that wxRichTextCtrl might need to be refactored to use this code too in
the future.
Also notice that this reverts the change of r62081 which replaced SetValue()
with ChangeValue() in DoLoadFile() as wxTextAreaBase only has SetValue() and
it's not worth adding ChangeValue() to it too just to preserve this recent
change in behaviour.
