8f8d58d193 Use wx-prefixed macros throughout the repository. 
Change {DECLARE,IMPLEMENT}_*CLASS and {DECLARE,BEGIN,END}_EVENT_TABLE
occurrences to use the wx-prefixed version of the macros.

527d7d560c Tools can be specified without name in the XRC, so GetID() of the node returns wxID_ANY. Use the auto-assigned ID of the tool to refer to it instead.

3f66f6a5b3 Remove all lines containing cvs/svn "$Id$" keyword. 
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.

If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

df27f1dc9e Include wx/xml/xml.h from the XRC handlers that need it. 
Including this header from wx/xrc/xmlres.h itself only when WXMAKINGDLL_XRC is
defined doesn't work when we're building a static library and not a shared/DLL
one and we don't have any symbol defined in this case, so just don't try to be
smart and include this header from the files that need it.

This fixes breakage of r72756.

5c413e62cf Call Realize() later in XRC toolbar handler (patch #13888). 
This is a workaround for a deeper compatibility problem in Cocoa
implementation (see the bug for detailed discussion), but for now, this
simple workaround is much better than not doing nothing.

See #13888.

f72ed38578 Add "checked" property for toolbar tool elements in XRC. 
Allow toolbar tools to be created in checked (or toggled) state in XRC, just
as the menu items can already be created checked.

ce00f59b5b No changes whatsoever, just remove trailing whitespace. 
There are no real changes in this commit but it removes all trailing white
space from our source files. This avoids problems when applying patches and
making diffs and it would be nice to prevent it from reappearing.

5852e62f1f Add support for stretchable spacers to XRC wxToolBar handler. 
Notice that currently only stretchable spacers are supported via
separator-like "space" XRC element. If we ever add support for fixed spacers
in the toolbar we should do it via its fixed sub-element, e.g. they would be
specified with <fixed>1</fixed> in XRC file.

Also use spacers instead of separator in the XRC sample and ensure that the
toolbars in it are resized.
